We are going against the current in the cold winter of the mold market
Currently, the global manufacturing industry is facing profound changes, and the mold industry is experiencing an unprecedented 'winter'. Under multiple pressures such as overcapacity, rising raw material prices, intensified international competition, and accelerated technological iteration, many traditional mold companies are struggling. The mold industry in Huangyan has reached market saturation.
According to industry data, the average profit margin of mold companies nationwide decreased by 15% last year, and the bankruptcy rate of small and medium-sized enterprises increased by 8% compared to previous years. In this seemingly severe period, a group of enterprises not only survived, but also achieved counter trend growth. Our Hongjin Mold is one of them. At 8 pm on January 26th, our workshop was brightly lit, and workers were working overtime.
Our foreign trade representative was organizing samples for the exhibition in Russia. She said that the exhibition will be held from January 27th to 30th, and they need to go to the exhibition in advance. She said that every sample needs to be carefully selected. She needs to choose the sample that meets the latest needs of the Russian market from thousands of samples. Upon closer inspection, the classification is complete, including PVC, PPR, PPH, PPE. The samples include various pipe materials, with complete categories, accurate specifications, and clear labeling. Each sample is accompanied by bilingual technical parameter cards in Chinese and English and Russian adaptation instructions.

We have also strengthened the labeling of low-temperature toughness test data based on the characteristics of Russia's severe cold climate, ensuring that customers can identify the most suitable model at a glance. This demand-oriented and refined sampling logic has helped us secure 17 new orders at the first three Moscow exhibitions, with a year-on-year increase of 43% in export value. The customer repurchase rate reached 68%. Although the foot traffic of this Russian exhibition has decreased compared to last year, facing the cold winter of the industry, we take innovation as the blade and quality as the shield, turning challenges into opportunities. This four-day exhibition in Russia also brought in more than 10 potential customers for in-depth negotiations. As the ancient saying goes, 'If you are poor, you will change; if you change, you will become successful; if you are successful, you will succeed.' We firmly believe that only by constantly breaking through ourselves can we nurture vitality in the cold winter.
